We have been busy planning and preparing to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene will be adhered to. We shall limit the number of visitors at any one one. This will help us to observe social distancing. We have installed floor stickers as guidance. We also have protective barriers at every desk and would encourage customers to pay via card where possible. All staff members have undergone Covid-19 training and a full Covid-19 policy is in place. “I just thought I needed to write a thank you note for the recent repair to my automatic Omega watch; one that I have owned for almost 50 years. The watch casing had split and the whole watch had fallen apart. The initial reply from Omega, when I contacted them directly, was that they were not able to do anything to repair the watch. When I brought the watch to you at the end of December and you sent this off to your horologist with a “caution” that it may not be possible to repair, I must admit I expected the worst. I picked the watch up from you today and to say that I am impressed with the “repair” work is a complete understatement. The watch looks as if nothing had ever been broken - this goes way beyond my expectations. So thank you and please thank your horologist for doing such a wonderful piece of work.
